Great as a fast side dish, our Primavera rice is perfect to make the Spanish dish – Arroz Primavera – which literally translates to ‘Spring rice’. Simply add half a cup of fresh or thawed frozen vegetables (corn, peas, beans, carrots) - voila!
1 Can: 1/2 Cup Water (125ml)
In order to get the rice out of the can more easily, add half a cup of lukewarm water and wait 5 minutes.
