A delicious stuffing for chicken, turkey or duck.
Melt half the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onions until lightly browned.
Add the diced apple to the onions and stir for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of the butter.
Once melted blend in the other ingredients alongside the cooked Dainty Brown rice.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cool and use to stuff the bird of your choice.
