Prepare the Dainty Beef Flavour Sidedish according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan, or wok, over high heat. Add in 2 tbsp of the oil. Add in the onions and garlic. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onions are slightly softened. Add in the ground beef and brown, breaking up the meat until done, about 4-6 minutes.
Using the spoon, create a well in the middle of the pan and pour in the whisked egg. Stir the egg a bit to scramble. When mostly done, stir everything together.
Take the rice and pour into the meat mixture, along with the peas, corn, soy sauce and sugar. Stir to fully mix and serve immediately.
