Chocolate Banana Loaf

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F/176C, and grease a loaf pan using spray oil.

Step 2

In a medium sized bowl, crush the bananas with a fork. Mix in the eggs and oil until smooth.

Step 3

Add in cake mix and chocolate chips. Mix until just combined and pour into your loaf pan.

Step 4

Bake for 45 mins , until a toothpick comes out of the center clean. (If the center of the loaf is still wet, continue baking until the toothpick comes out clean.)

Step 5

Note: Let the loaf cool for at least 2 hours before cutting for best results.
– You can use 3 bananas and reduce the chocolate chips if the chocolate flavour is too intense.
