Protein brownies, ultra decadent!
Preheat oven to 350°F/175° Line or grease a 9×9 oven proof glass baking dish.
Prepare the Dainty Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownie according to package instructions.
***OPTIONAL*** Instead of add in ¼ cup/65ml of water, add in ¼ cup/65ml brewed coffee
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Dollop the peanut butter over the top. Using a knife, swirl the peanut butter around.
Lay the halved bananas on top, cut side up.
Place the brownie into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the brownie is set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
