Energizing and packed with protein, the healthy snack alternative is homemade.
Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper making sure there is overhang on all sides of the pan.
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse until it forms a chunky, sticky dough.
Press lightly into the prepared pan, making sure the top is even.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
Remove and allow to cool completely before cutting.
Bars can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
For decadence you could also add a ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips if you like!
