They say tahini is the new peanut butter, and these brownies are to die for!
Preheat oven to 325F (165C) and grease a 9″x9″ baking pan then line with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dainty Fudgy Brownie mix according to package directions.
Pour the mixed batter into the prepared pan. Dollop the tahini over top. Run a spoon or a knife through the tahini to create swirls on the surface of the brownie mix.
Crumble the halva over top and sprinkle the seame seeds over that.
Place in the oven and bake 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Tahini adds a whole other level of taste to these brownies. You could serve a brownie with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds to make a very elegant and rich dessert.
