Delicious granola is a not only agreat start to the day but it makes a healthy snack, a great crunchy topping and a great gift!
Preheat oven to 350F/177C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Spread onto the lined baking sheet and bake in the oven. Allow to cool for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly toasted and golden. Remove and cool completely.
Store in a sealed. jar.
TIP: Adding the 1/4 tsp of Baking Powder gives the granola a good ‘crispy’ consistency.
