This is a fun recipe for individual mug cakes!
Measure out 1 cup of the Dainty Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix into a medium mixing bowl.
Mix in the egg, oil, milk, and water and vanilla. Mix in a garnish of choice or leave as is.
Prepare 4 microwave safe mugs. Rub each with a thin layer of the butter.
Pour ½ cup of the batter into each mug. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Remove, allow to cool slightly and finish with icing, whipped cream, or a scoop of ice cream.
You can also use the Vanilla Cupcake mix and using 1 cup of mix, add 1 egg, 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 of vegetable oil. Follow 3, 4 and 5 above.
