Servings Serves 4-6

Product Conditioned

Ingredients

2 cups/ 500mL Dainty Conditioned Rice

4 cups/ 1L Chicken Broth (preferably homemade)

2 tbsp/ 30mL Sesame Oil

½ cup/ 175mL Olive Oil

1 Spring Onion, chopped

2 cloves of Garlic, crushed

1 (approx.2 inch) piece fresh Ginger, crushed

5 Chicken Thighs, de-boned & skinless

A pinch of kosher salt

Place all ingredients in the rice cooker. Cook.

Stir and serve.
