Preparation

Step 1

Cook the Dainty Kimora Rice according to package instructions.

Step 2

Place the tuna in a stainless steel bowl sitting over a larger bowl filled with ice to keep cold. Stir in the finely diced onion, green onion, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey. Gently stir to combine. Add in the sriracha, or as much as you would like, along with the salt to taste. Stir to combine. Adjust seasoning if needed with more soy or honey.

Step 3

Place the cooked Dainty Kimora Rice in a large bowl, or make up a number of smaller bowls, and top with some of the Tuna. Garnish with one or more of the optional toppings. Serve immedietly.
