Wow, a whole meal done in the rice cooker!
Place the rice, chicken, and ginger in the rice cooker.
Combine the chicken broth, coconut milk, and salt. Pour the combined mixture over ingredients in the rice cooker. Press cook.
Once finished, fluff the rice. Place the spinach on top and close the lid. Allow the spinach to steam for 5 minutes, or until the spinach has wilted.
