The Cinnamon Swirl



Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9″ square pan and line with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, blend the GF Vanilla Cupcake Mix with eggs, milk, and vegetable oil with a whisk, until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and oil (or butter).

Step 4

Pour the abtter into the 9″ square baking pan. Pour the cinnamon mixture on top. Gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter using a knife. Do not over-swirl, so as NOT to mix both mixtures.

Step 5

Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 6

Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan, then let it cool completely on a wire rack.
