Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownies

Really chocolatey and fudgy brownies, just try and resist – we dare you!

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Dainty gluten-free Fudgy Brownie mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup (80mL) Water
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 F (165 C). Grease a 9" x 9" baking pan and line with parchment paper.

Empty the brownie mix into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until just combined.

Pour batter into the pan. Spread and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out with some wet crumbs attached.

Let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
