Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Inspired by Dainty Chefs

Makes 24 cookies. These cookies can be cooked a bit less for a chewy texture or until they are crisp, either way they are heaven and so simple to make.

  • 1/2 cup (100g) White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100g) Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy as desired)
  • 1/2 cup (113g) softened Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 1/3 cups (181g) Dainty Gluten Free Flour
  • 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt



Combine sugars, peanut butter, butter, and egg together in a large bowl.


Add DAINTY GLUTEN-FREE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and mix until well combined. Chill dough 15 min or until firmer.


Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).


Roll out dough into 1 1/4” balls, placing them 3” apart on a cookie sheet. Flatten with a sugar-coated fork.


Bake for 9-10 mins until light golden brown. Cool and remove from cookies sheet.
