Preheat oven to 400*
Prepare the Dainty Gluten-Free Vanilla Cupcake Mix in a mixing bowl according to package instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and 35% cream until fully combined.
Prepare 10 ramakins. Spoon 3 tbsp of the maple mixture into the base of each ramekin.
Spoon in 3 tbsp of the cake batter on top. Place in the oven and cook for 15-18 minutes, until the cake is fully cooked, browned, and the maple is bubbling around.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
