Rice Cooker Cumin Basmati

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/ 250mL Dainty Basmati Rice
  • 1 whole Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 green Cardamom Pods
  • 4 whole Cloves
  • 1 tbsp/ 15mL Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp/ 2.5mL Salt
  • 2 tbsp/ 30mL Butter
  • Fresh dill to garnish

Preparation

Place all ingredients, except the dill, in a rice cooker.

Cover with 2 cups/ 500ml water. Cook.

When done, remove spices and garnish with chopped dill.
