Fajita style vegetables with rice, a meal for the whole family – simple as that!
Place the rice, water, butter, fajita seasoning, onion, and peppers into the bowl of your rice cooker. Cook.
When done, fold in the halved cherry tomatoes. Adjust the seasoning with the hot sauce (if using) and the salt & pepper.
OPTION: Add in 1 or 2 cubed boneless chicken breasts to the rice cooker in Step 1 and cook as directed.
