Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Add the beaten egg and cook until soft.

Step 2

Add the Dainty Chinese canned rice with the seasoning sachet, and the frozen peas.

Step 3

Mix thoroughly and pour cold water overall.

Step 4

Add the shrimp and cook over a medium heat, stirring continually until warm.
