Yummy meal in a bowl, serves 6, invite friends!
Place the Beef Broth into a pot and bring to a simmer. Add in the pork shoulder and simmer for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover, and allow to sit in the broth for another 30 minutes.
When done, remove the pork and allow to rest and cool slightly.
Meanwhile, cook the package of instant ramen noodles. Do Not use the seasoning packet, only cook the noodles in water. Drain, rinse in cold water, and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the Korean chilli flakes, minced garlic, fish or soy sauce, and pepper.
To serve, slice the pork into thin slices. Bring the broth back up to a simmer and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Place a big spoonful of the rice into the base of a bowl, place a small bit of the noodles over top, along with a few slices of the pork. Pour the hot broth to cover. Add a small dollop of the prepared sauce and a sprinkling of the green onions to finish.
