Salmon Rice Bowl

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 16 oz/450g Wild Fresh Salmon fillets, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Rice Bowl Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked Dainty Basmati Rice
  • 2 Avocados, sliced
  • 6 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup Edamame, cooked

Sauce

  • 8 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 8 tbsp Sriracha
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce

Garnishes (optional)

  • Sesame Seeds
  • Fresh ginger, grated

Preparation

Remove pre-cooked rice out of the fridge, or rice cooker, and set aside

Place salmon pieces in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder

Add the tbsp of oil to a skillet and heat on medium-high heat. Toss the salmon into the skillet and cook the cubes for approximately 5-8 minutes. Cook until salmon is no longer raw inside

Warm rice in microwave if necessary, and distribute evenly into four bowls

Layer rice bowl with avocados, green onions, carrots, cucumbers, and edamame

Combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce and drizzle over rice bowl

Drizzle soy sauce and add garnishes if desired
