Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients, except the Shrimp and cilantro garnish, into the rice cooker and cook.

Step 2

Once the cooker has switched to ‘warm’ – fluff the rice gently and add the shrimp on top to warm. Replace the lid and let sit for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Serve rice, topped with shrimp and garnish with cilantro.
