As the title would suggest, this meal is a party in your mouth!
In a cooking pot over a medium-high, heat the oil. Add the onion and garlic, sautรฉ for 4 minutes. Add the Dainty Conditioned rice and sautรฉ for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil, then cover and lower the heat to cook for 20 minutes (* Cooking times may vary for different rice).
Add the spices and black beans.
Place the tortilla flat on a plate. Spoon ยผ cup (60mL) of the rice mixture in the base. Mix and match the other filling options, roll, and enjoy!
