A dead simple meal! Serve it up with a side salad or some steamed greens, and dinner is done.
Put all the ingredients into the bowl of your rice cooker and stir to mix. Put the cover on your rice cooker and cook.
Once the cooker finishes cooking, let it sit another 5-10 minutes on 'WARM'.
Season with salt and pepper, and stir. Serve, with hot sauce as desired.
