Just TWO steps for your taco rice recipe! Makes a great vegetarian base for soft tacos, add your cheese, lettuce and salsa.
Place all the ingredients (except the green onions) in the rice cooker. Cook.
When done, fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with the sliced green onions. Serve
Optional: For added flavour you can also add diced onion or garlic to the rice cooker before cooking.
