Preparation

Step 1

Heat a medium-sized pot over medium heat. Add the oil and butter. Once the butter is melted, add the rice. Sautรฉ for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add the broth and bring to a simmer. Immediately reduce the heat to low and cover. Allow cooking for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Turn heat off and allow to sit, covered, for another 10 minutes. Season the rice with salt and pepper and stir in the fresh chopped herbs, and serve.
